Where are you located?Our office is conveniently situated in the hotel zone in Marina Del Rey, making it easier for our customers to reach us. Our central location is accessible by public transportation, taxi, and also include private parking. Once you have booked your trip, we will send out our contact information with exact GPS location.

What is your cancelation policy?Cancelation Policy: Full refunds up to 7 days before your activity Rescheduling Policy: up to 3 days before your activity, limited to availability This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund Group tours may be canceled if minimum participants are not met. If it’s canceled, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund Rescheduled bookings are not eligible for cancelation. What is your capacity per tour?Our boat tours accommodate small groups of up to 8 passengers for Snorkeling & Sunset Tours and 4 passengers for Fishing Tours, ensuring that everyone can fully enjoy the sights and activities without feeling crowded.

Do I need any license or permits?No, you do not need any licenses or permits for our tours. We are a fully licensed and permitted and adheres to all local regulations and requirements. Our team takes care of obtaining all necessary permits and licenses to ensure that our customers can simply relax and enjoy their experience with us.

Should I book in advance?Yes, it is highly recommended to make bookings in advance. Our boat tours are very popular and often sell out quickly, especially during peak seasons. By making your reservation in advance, you will secure your spot on the tour of your choice and avoid disappointment if the tour reaches its capacity. Additionally, booking in advance allows us to better plan for your visit, ensuring that we can provide you with the best possible experience. What will we do during this tour?We will meet at Marina Del Rey. We will first sail along the Nichupte Lagoon where you will have a lovely view of the Hotel Zone on our way to snorkeling. Drinks will be served, and you can take pictures. We will stop for snorkeling at El Meco Loco Reef, one of the largest most beautiful coral reef in the Great Mayan Reef. There you can enjoy a swim amongst the marina life, see the incredible coral reef and colorful fishes. We will remain at the spot for about 60 minutes so you can have time to enjoy the water and take some unforgettable pictures. We will then head to Playa Norte beach on Isla Mujeres. There you can enjoy the lovely white sanded beaches and relax while you sunbathe or jump in the water for a swim. We will stay here for 60 minutes before we head back Marina Del Rey for the end of our activity. You will be provided with life jackets. All tours include safety and snorkeling equipment and refreshments. The boat also is equipment with Bluetooth connection so you can play music appropriate for your group.

We highly recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow for check-in, a safety briefing, and to ensure a prompt departure. It's essential to arrive on time as our tours operate on a strict schedule to maximize your time on the water and at each destination. We want to provide you with the best possible experience, and being punctual helps us achieve that goal.

What should I wear for my snorkeling tour?For your snorkeling tour, it is essential to wear comfortable swimwear, including a swimsuit, rash guard or swim shirt, and board shorts or swim trunks. It is also advisable to bring a sun hat, sunglasses with UV protection, and biodegradable sunscreen to protect yourself from the sun. We advise not wearing any jewelry or accessories that could easily get lost in the water.

What if I don't know how to swim?We prioritize the safety and comfort of all our customers, regardless of their swimming abilities. Our experienced and certified guides will provide all passengers with life jackets to ensure their safety in the water. We have two types of snorkeling masks, including the full-face masks which are usually more comfortable to beginners. Before the tour, we will confirm everyone swim level and comfort with the water. Please feel free to be honest with us, as we love catering to non-swimmers/beginning and ensuring that they have a great experience with the water.

What will we do during this tour?We will start the tour from the meeting location in the Hotel Zone. We will sightsee along the Nichupte Lagoon with your refreshment in hand; you will have a spectacular view of the Hotel Zone and Downtown Malecon from the water. As the sun goes down, we will pause to watch the sun set while you enjoy Mexican “Botantas” snacks. The boat also is equipment with Bluetooth connection so you can play music appropriate for your group.

What should I wear for my Sunset tour?We recommend wearing comfortable and light clothing suitable for warm weather, such as shorts, t-shirts, and breathable fabrics. We also advise wearing comfortable, non-slip footwear, as you may need to navigate the dock and embarkation & disembarkation. Don't forget to bring a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen to protect yourself from the sun. It's also a good idea to bring a light jacket or sweater for the cooler evening temperatures.
